Im tring to model a ww2 usa helmet… and I’m having hard time to match exact shape…curves… bending… is there a proper technique for modeling objects like that?

First off good references in your viewport are really important. Other than that you could use a few methods to model the actual object. Lofted splines could work but I’d probably go for box modeling myself. If you get back to me with an image of the right helmet I’ll try to do a video. I’m sure others would like to see how it could be done.
